Where are you based?

I'm based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. If you're local, you're welcome to drop off your trainers for service or repair. If my workshop is too far away, I have competitive postal options, starting at just £8 for a Tacx Neo.
How long does your repair service take?

I aim to turn around a trainer within 72 hours of it arriving at the workshop. Experience has provided details of many different failures, so parts are held on hand to get you back in the saddle.
Where do you source your parts from?

Parts are sourced from a variety of leading suppliers. I have spent time identifying OEM suppliers for many parts and am able to source them at considerable discounts from other repairers, passing the savings to you.
How much do your services cost?

Please get in touch to discuss your needs and I can advise on costs for your specific case. I work at rates significantly less than out of warranty repair options given by manufacturers.
